Die Die Must Try - But Cannot Find

Got this outside Far East Square. Reminded me of my Block 13 days where I clearly recalled a man from Block 13 selling a creamy terigu dessert. He peddled his dessert like the man you see here. Though not in this custume as this was probably from the 1950s.

Till date, I had never been able to find a terigu dessert that good.
